Common routes to the west coast of Vancouver Island from the U.S. is Seattle Washington through to Vancouver BC via highway or plane. An alternative is Seattle to Victoria BC by either plane or boat.

BC Ferries Corp serves transportation to Vancouver Island from two points. Horseshoe Bay ( West Vancouver) direct to Nanaimo, (Vancouver Island), or Tsawwassen, (Vancouver mainland BC) to Victoria BC, ( Vancouver Island).

From there, you carry on via highway to Port Alberni BC then hit the infamous '‘Bamfield Road” which ends right at our driveway! ( or carry on to Ucluelet B.C.).

Another option is float plane,( Harbour air), from Seattle or Vancouver to Nanaimo. Be sure to pre arrange a rental vehicle and carry on to us. See link on right screen.
